| I first want to thank all of
the brethren who ‘stretched ’ the length of their cable tow’s to the absolute limit, in order to ensure
that this year was one marked with success at Cherrydale Lodge. A great many undertakings were
attempted, some perhaps too bold, but our dedicated core of brethren never gave in and kept marching on,
and for that I am truly indebted to them. An open installation has been planned for the 19th of December at 7:00 pm. I encourage all of you who may be able to attend to please do so. Also, feel free to bring your family and friends to this event, it being one of the few public ceremonies available in Freemasonry. In closing brethren it has been my sincere pleasure this year to lead such an historic and noteworthy lodge. I consider it a great honor to be listed as a having done so, along with those some eighty-five other brethren who have come before me. I hope that in the year to come, that you will offer as much support to our 2009 Lodge Officers, as you have this year. It takes a lot of work to keep Cherrydale running and I encourage all of you to be a part of it. |
