Dear Breathern:
 
 
       January has been a fruitful month for Cherrydale Lodge. We are still receiving numerous petitions for membership. As I write this, thus far, we have made 4 Entered Apprentices and have a triple Fellowcraft Degree scheduled for Monday 9 January at 7:30 PM, a triple EA Degree for Friday 13 January at 7:30 PM, a triple FC Degree during our Stated Communication, Thursday 19 January, a triple EA Degree during our Stated Communication 2 February, a triple MM Degree Saturday Morning, 11 February time 8:30 AM and a tripe MM degree Saturday morning, 25 February 8:30 AM.
    

     At the Thursday, 16 February, Stated Communication will be a representative from NASA, who is scheduled to talk on the International Space Institute. This is one meeting I am really looking forward since my son Rick was invited to attend this august group twice. We will open the lodge to invite Ladies and guest in. We will have dinner before the stated meeting and dessert following the lecture.
    
     It is sad to note the Transition of our brothers to the Celestial Lodge not made with hands eternal in the Heavens.

     Brother James Prevost Webb; born 04/20/1913, Initiated 11/19/1935, Passed 04/07/1936, Raised 04/27/1936, died in Roanoke, Virginia 12/14/2005

     Brother Sidney Mandel Robin, who transferred to a Florida Lodge, died 5 January 2005 and his funeral, was held in Delray Beach, Florida, 9 January 2005.

     We are still developing our 2006 program and we are still looking for program ideas and suggestions that can be held in either an open or closed Lodge.
